Jill Marshall is an investment analyst with Vanguard Investment Strategy Group. Previously at Vanguard, she was the manager of competitive analysis and an institutional financial analyst. Before joining Vanguard, she was an internal business consultant with Charles Schwab and Co. and a business consultant with Czech-California Investment Co. She earned a B.A. in economics from Duke University.
