Discussed by:
Alfred T. Blomquist Jr.
Past President, AAII New York City and Northern New Jersey Chapters
Our speaker has been investing in closed-end funds for 45 years and published a weekly newsletter. His presentation will focus on how they can be used to advantage in portfolios with ETFs and muni funds. Within this context, he will focus on asset allocation with a particular emphasis during this recessionary period on income sources. He will consider necessary variations in such portfolios for those in or entering retirement and those farther away from it.
