The San Francisco Chapter is very pleased to have John Bajkowski, president of AAII join us for our entire session to share his insights on how to utilize the tools available to members on AAII.com to perform valuable research for your investment portfolio. Money managers and investors may differ in investing philosophies, but a disciplined approach to selecting and managing investments is a common characteristic of successful investing. John Bajkowski will show how computerized stock screening systems can be used to reduce a large universe of stocks into a manageable group of prospects that match your investment style. He will walk through the process of developing and implementing both a value and a growth screen. Throughout his presentation, Bajkowski will highlight screening filters that work and identify those that do not help in selecting winning stocks.
