Economist Paul Anton will give his perspective on where we are in the business cycle and what to expect in the coming year with regard to economic activity, job growth, inflation and interest rates. He will sort out the potential effects of alternative policy choices that may be made by the Obama Administration, Congress and the Federal Reserve. He will assess the risks that external factors such as financial instability in the eurozone and possible disruptions of energy supplies pose for the economy and will identify factors that may push the economy forward faster than expected.
