Lori Schock, director of the office of investor education and advocacy at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), will discuss how the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act has changed the landscape for investors since its enactment in July 2010. Schock will discuss the new studies and many new rules that the SEC must enforce as a result of Dodd-Frank. Schock will also discuss recent SEC rulemakings and current regulatory decisions.
