The AAII Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter presents...
"A Realistic Review of Long-Term Investing"
Discussed by:
Don W. Hodges
Chairman and Portfolio Manager, Hodges Capital Management
The economic and investment landscape is more muddled than it has been at any time in modern history. Confusion and doubt rule the day. The role of private industry and government is debated tirelessly. Investors are subjected to facts, opinion and hearsay in an endless barrage of news. Investment decisions are made out of fear and doubt rather than conviction. The times that we find ourselves in dictate that if we as investors are to survive, we must take the long-term view and go back to the basics. We all need a refresher course for our own peace of mind.
