The Affordable Care Act has been upheld by the Supreme Court. We?ll discuss many aspects of the law, including the most controversial part, which is the requirement that all citizens and legal residents, with some exceptions, purchase health insurance or pay a penalty/tax beginning in 2014. How will these rules be enforced? When the anticipated 30+ million people are added to the health care system starting in 2014, how will that affect availability of medical professionals? What will the effects be on small and large employer group health insurance? What effect will the health care law have on Medicare beneficiaries? Join us for informative and spirited discussions.
