Our speaker will address the impact of the presidential election on worldwide markets and why value and scarcity should be valued in investment portfolios. He will discuss the lack of fear in the markets and the massive changes taking place in the structure of the world economy and how that might translate into danger for investors. He will also talk about how to deal with these risks by investing with a margin of safety. In addition, he will discuss the types of fiscal austerity we may see in the months ahead as we march toward the “fiscal cliff.”
