Linda Duessel will present Federated Investors’ 2013 outlook for the U.S. economy and markets and will explain how to select dividend-paying stocks for short-, intermediate- and long-term investment. She will also describe the forces building toward a 2013 recession and will explain why this recession should be mild, despite growing debt and deficit problems. Linda will suggest how U.S. leaders are likely to address the latter problems and what those actions portend for investing. She will also discuss demographic influences on prospects for U.S. growth, compared to other world economies. Throughout her presentation, Linda will emphasize the benefits of dividend investing.
