The AAII Charlotte Chapter presents...

"How to Prevent and Detect Fraud"

    Discussed by:

    Glenn L. Helms, Ph.D.

Aggressive fraud prevention requires awareness of many different factors, like identification of typical perpetrators, schemes and areas of vulnerability. This session uses the most current research findings to increase your awareness of common fraud schemes, recommended controls for high-risk areas, and best practices for fraud prevention and detection. Roundtable discussions begin at 8:00 a.m. and are filled with investor insights. Attendance is usually 20-30 people, and some attendees have said that the discussions are more important than the presentations.
