NeoTicker EOD
Tick Quest has released the tenth edition of NeoTicker EOD. This Windows product is an advanced technical stock analysis program for traders whose interest is in end-of-day stock activity.
The programs emphasis is on stock charting that lets you perform customized technical analysis of financial data. The product includes 100+ indicators, extensive drawing tools, indicator on indicator analysis, multiple data analysis, true cross time frame analysis, and easy-to-learn formula language and script-based indicators.
|
The drawing tools aid in developing trendlines, trend channels, and support/resistance lines. These tools are essential in applying some of the more traditional technical analysis techniques.
Also, NeoTicker EOD can download intraday quotes from the Internet to track positions and gain/loss records. It also allows customization of templates for chart analysis. NeoTicker can be used without a data service by downloading free historical data from the Internet. However, NeoTicker will support multiple data vendors and file formats, including TC2000, MetaStock, CSI/CSIM and ASCll.
NeoTicker EOD version 2.9 sees various improvements over 2.8. In general, start-up speed has been quickened and open and save dialog boxes are now resizable. In the time chart window, symbols can be sent from a chart to a quote window directly, drawing speed has improved, and the custom drawing tool has a new interface. Indicator calculation speed has improved and new indicators have been added including Chaikin money flow, Bollinger percent B, and Bollinger bandwidth.
