IPO Boutique is a website dedicated to coverage of initial public offerings (IPOs). The site offers information regarding upcoming and filed IPOs. Once you arrive at the site you will see the home page that includes a tabular view of IPOs and secondary offerings for the upcoming week. The next table shows recently filed IPOs and secondaries. Underneath both tables, you will see an alphabetical list of the IPOs.

Under the “Pipeline” tab, users can get a running total of filed IPOs that have not opened, that have been withdrawn or that have been postponed. You will see a table that provides information regarding the company’s name, symbol, underwriter, filing history and comments. By clicking the “Stock Quotes” tab you will be brought to a page that shows the 10 most recent IPOs. Clicking on them opens a window to Yahoo! Finance, which displays the most recent stock quotes along with other basic information about those 10 companies.

IPO Boutique rates each IPO on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 meaning “avoid, possibly risky” and 5 meaning “strongest buy.” If you wish to subscribe to their ratings on each IPO, you can pay a one-time current week snapshot fee of $50.00, a monthly ongoing ratings fee of $119.00, or an annual ongoing ratings fee of $995.00. The information regarding upcoming IPOs is free without a subscription.
