MoneyMe is a budgeting program for PCs. Users can also integrate the program with their Android phones. After downloading the program, you can set it up in a way that works for you. To start, go to the “Accounts” tab at the top and create an account. You can create different accounts based on where you bank, or another way that is easier for you. To add an expense or income to a particular account, click the button that says “expenses/income.” The program asks you to name the transaction, provide a date, select a category and method of payment and more. If you wish to make this a repeating income or expense, that option is available as well. After you’ve added the income/expense it will show up on a page similar to a ledger. With each transaction users can choose an icon. To create new types of categories, click on “categories and method of payment.”
MoneyMe also includes a “debts” section where you can add a transaction that shows that you owe someone money or that someone owes you money. This could also be used for bills. Reminders can be created for the essential payments you don’t want to forget. MoneyMe also lets users create budgets organized weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. One feature lets you create a warning when a certain percentage of your budget limit is reached.
The program creates charts that can be organized in several different ways. Users can choose the chart type or what figures are factored into the chart. This level of customization is great for people who want to analyze their spending from different angles.
MoneyMe is an easy budgeting program that can conveniently sync with Android products. Different templates are available and transfers can be made between accounts. CSV files can be imported into MoneyMe as well. This program has a different interface than other budgeting programs, and users may find its simplicity useful.
