Financial Advisor is a collection of useful financial tools and calculations. The tools are separated into four main sections which are the Mortgage Advisor, Investments, Retirement, and the Budget Advisor. The Mortgage Advisor will calculate your monthly payment, interest charges, residual values and ?what if? scenarios. The Investment section allows you to calculate the present and future values of your initial investment. You can calculate how much monry you need to retire and set up a budget for retirement with the Retirment Calculator. The Budget Advisor lets you create a custom budget.
