MyGains
MyGains automatically downloads trades from a number of on-line brokerage firms. The program calculates cost basis and capital gains as trades are uploaded. You can also choose to use FIFO or LIFO accounting methods. The deluxe version can handle an unlimited number of transactions while the basic version supports up to 600. You can also import tax data into TaxCut and TurboTax.
