The AAII Sacramento Chapter presents...
"Why Market Timing Doesn’t Work"
Jack is one of the most requested speakers we have ever had at the Sacramento AAII Chapter. For the September meeting, he would like to discuss the reasons timing the market is a futile endeavor. We would all like to believe that there is some way to enjoy being in the market when it is heading higher and getting out before it has a sickening decline. However, being committed to staying in during declines is the surest road to long-term success in the stock market. Jack will discuss this “market timing” myth and other ways that investors can lose sight of the big rewards involved with a long-term commitment to a stock market portfolio. Jack has also agreed to an extended question-and-answer session for our Chapter. Bring all your investing questions.
