Investors don’t realize a profit until a position is sold. Numerous forces conspire to inhibit selling for a profit. Some are in the external world, and many are in our heads. This presentation will present a checklist identifying enemies to guard against and will provide specific suggestions for selling advantageously. The speaker will also point out a number of publicly available signals showing when markets are unsustainable high­—great times to sell.
