The AAII Denver Chapter presents...

"Getting Your Ducks in a Row"

    Discussed by:

    Garrett Anderson, Esq.
    The Hughes Law Firm

As investors, we spend most of our lives accumulating; but in many cases, we do so without paying attention to setting up the proper structures for the inevitable distribution/gifting/inheritance phase. How we title and hold assets, and how our wills and trusts are constructed, can make a huge difference in what goes to the people and causes we favor. One size does not fit all! If we don’t set things up properly, it’s like donating a huge chunk of our hard-gotten gains to Uncle Sam. Preventing this takes planning, and in some cases periodic action, while there is still time. This presentation will focus on the necessary prudent steps for preservation and maximization of your assets; getting your ducks in a row. Some similar material at free-dinner environments comes with the heavy pressure to make follow-up appointments, but there will be none of that at this program! Why not invite a friend to show them some of our chapter’s benefits and value?
