Biography:

Peter Duggan is an executive vice president in the issuer services business at the transfer agency Computershare. He oversees a relationship management team that handles many of Computershare’s largest and most complex clients. He also oversees Computershare’s alternative investments business and plays a leadership role in the company’s issuer-sponsored tokens (ISTs) initiative. In addition, Duggan serves as the president of the Securities Transfer Association (STA).
