Biography:
Rob Bartolo is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group Inc. and T. Rowe Price Associates Inc., and a portfolio manager in the U.S. Equity Division. He is president of the Growth Stock Fund and chairman of the fund’s investment advisory committee. Rob is also a vice president and investment advisory committee member of the Media & Telecommunications fund (PRMTX‎), Blue Chip Growth fund (TRBCX), Mid-Cap Growth fund (RPMGX) and New America Growth fund (PRWAX). He joined the firm in 2002 as a telecommunication services analyst after serving as a summer intern at T. Rowe Price in 2001, analyzing satellite communications companies. In 2007, Rob transitioned to the position of portfolio manager of the Growth Stock fund. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Rob was director of finance for MGM Mirage Inc. He earned a B.S. in accounting, cum laude, from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Rob is a certified public accountant and also has earned the chartered financial analyst designation. He was twice recognized on Institutional Investor’s All-America Research Team in its “Best of the Buy Side” articles in November 2003 and 2005.
