William Jennings

William W. Jennings, CFA, is professor of finance and investments at the U.S. Air Force Academy. He is the principal finance educator and a senior civilian management instructor.

Jennings serves the community and Air Force via various investment committees overseeing over $25 billion in endowment and pension funds. His research interests focus on institutional portfolio management. Recently, he has undertaken research on fees, rebalancing, alternative investments, investment policy, and pension investing. He has also done significant research on portfolio management for taxable investors and is co-author with William Reichenstein of "Integrating Investments and the Tax Code" (John Wiley & Sons, 2003)
 
Jennings previously worked as a private equity analyst and sports franchise valuation analyst at Arthur Andersen. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan. His doctorate is from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
