The investment seeks to outperform the Bloomberg Commodity Index.
The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing directly and/or indirectly through its wholly-owned subsidiary organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Subsidiary”) in securities and commodity-linked derivative instruments including, but not limited to, commodity-linked notes; total return swaps, options, and forward contracts based on the value of commodities or commodities indexes; and commodity futures.
