YieldMax HOOD Option Income Strategy ETF (HOOY) is an actively managed Nontraditional Equity Derivative Income exchange-traded fund (ETF). YieldMax ETFs launched the ETF in 2025.
The investment seeks current income; the fund’s secondary investment objective is to seek exposure to the share price of the Robinhood Markets, Inc. (“HOOD” or the “Underlying Security”), which is generally subject to a limit on potential investment gains.
Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in securities and financial instruments that provide indirect exposure to HOOD. The fund is non-diversified.
