iShares iBonds Oct 2031 Term Tips ETF (IBIH) is a passively managed Taxable Bond Target Maturity exchange-traded fund (ETF). iShares launched the ETF in 2023.

The investment seeks to track the investment results of the ICE 2031 Maturity U.S. Inflation-Linked Treasury Index. The index consists of inflation-protected public obligations of the U.S. Treasury, commonly known as “TIPS,” that are scheduled to mature between January 1, 2031 and October 15, 2031, inclusive. The fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index.
