iShares MSCI Intl Small-Cap Mltfct ETF (ISCF) is a passively managed International Equity Foreign Small/Mid Blend exchange-traded fund (ETF). iShares launched the ETF in 2015.
The investment seeks to track the STOXX International Small-Cap Equity Factor Index composed of global developed market small-capitalization stocks, excluding the U.S., that have favorable exposure to target style factors subject to constraints.
The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of its index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of its index and may invest up to 20% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents, as well as in securities not included in the index.
