The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in equity securities, including American depositary receipts (“ADRs”), of “Retail Kings. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of Retail Kings companies. It is non-diversified.
