21Shares Solana ETF Overview
21Shares Solana ETF (TSOL) is a passively managed Miscellaneous Digital Assets exchange-traded fund (ETF). 21Shares US LLC launched the ETF in 2025.
The investment seeks to track the performance of SOL, as measured by the Pricing Benchmark, adjusted for the Trust’s expenses and other liabilities, and to reflect rewards from staking a portion of the Trust’s SOL, to the extent the Sponsor in its sole discretion determines that the Trust may do so without undue legal or regulatory risk, such as, without limitation, the risk of jeopardizing the Trust’s ability to qualify as a grantor trust for tax purposes.
In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Trust will hold SOL and will value its Shares daily as of 4:00 p.m. ET based on the Pricing Benchmark.
