VictoryShares US Mult-Fctr Mnmm Vltl ETF (VSMV) is a passively managed U.S. Equity Large Value exchange-traded fund (ETF). Victory Capital Management Inc. launched the ETF in 2017.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that track the performance of the Nasdaq Victory U.S. Multi-Factor Minimum Volatility Index before fees and expenses. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its assets in securities included in the Nasdaq Victory U.S. Multi-Factor Minimum Volatility Index (the "index").
