This segment includes Prevu and reAlpha Realty, which provide residential real estate brokerage services to buyers and sellers; reAlpha Mortgage and GTG Financial, which provide residential mortgage brokerage services, including loan origination support and facilitation of loan closings; and Hyperfast, which offers title and related real estate settlement services. The Technology Services segment provides software development services; and the AI-powered conversational platform provided to customers by AiChat. This segment includes reAlpha Nepal’s Software Development Services, provides services related to the development of technology, AI and applications, as well as other technology support to the reAlpha platform and to third parties; and AiChat’s Conversational Platform, enables businesses to automate and optimize customer service, marketing, and e-commerce processes through the integration of major messaging channels. The company was formerly known as eAlpha Asset Management, Inc. and changed its name to reAlpha Tech Corp. in March 2023. reAlpha Tech Corp. was founded in 2020 and is based in Dublin, Ohio.
