The company was formerly known as Instrument Systems Corporation and changed its name to Griffon Corporation in 1995. Griffon Corporation was incorporated in 1959 and is headquartered in New York, New York.
Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation engages in design, procurement, manufacture, and marketing of water management solutions in the United States, Canada, and internationally.
