The AAII Income & Cash Flow Investing special interest group (SIG) is your gateway to learn how to build sustainable passive income and cash flow. Our online community connects you with like-minded investors, provides expert insights and hosts online presentations.

Our discussion and presentation topics include:

• Government and agency bonds and corporate bonds
• High-yielding equities, dividend growth stocks and preferred stocks
• Real estate investment trusts (REITs)
• Master limited partnerships (MLPs)
• Closed-end funds and business development corporations (BDCs)
• Senior loans and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs)

The Income & Cash Flow Investing SIG meets online only, normally on the third Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m. Central Time/7:00 p.m. Eastern Time/4:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Meetings are coordinated by the AAII Portland Chapter; all AAII members are welcome. To join the group, please log in to the AAII Community site with your AAII credentials, then select Income & Cash Flow Investing from the list of SIGs. In addition to staying informed of all live meetings, you’ll gain access to previous meeting archives and other content postings.

Each of our live meetings begins with a unique economic and financial markets chart presentation by economic analyst Gilbert Ho. A featured presenter then provides insightful analysis and commentary on the specified meeting topic, followed by a Q&A period.
