A Closer Look at What’s Included
Each E-Newsletter brings you News Briefs, or headline news summaries, that report the latest developments and offerings from a variety of investment Web sites and software programs. The News Briefs act as a supplement to your bimonthly printed Computerized Investing newsletter by keeping you informed about new or redesigned Web sites as well as newly released or upgraded software packages.

We also present a Featured Web Site to give you a more in-depth and non-biased analysis of a noteworthy investment Web site that we feel may be of interest to you. Sites featured cover the full range of investment topics, from fundamental analysis and screening to investment education and portfolio tracking.
Each issue’s Featured Download section focuses on a different investment-related download available for free from the AAII Web site. Software programs, shareware, and freeware span a variety of categories including mutual funds, stocks, financial planning, and more. We also reveal the recent top five most downloaded files from theAAII.com Download Library so that you can see what other AAII members are finding useful.
As an added benefit to E-Newsletter subscribers, each issue reports the latest Sentiment Survey results, which illustrate where AAII members feel the market is moving. Bullish, bearish, and neutral long-term averages and extreme values are included to put the current figures in context and provide insight into how the market may perform in the succeeding months. [For more information on how to get the most out of AAII’s Investor Sentiment Survey, refer to the feature article, “Investor Sentiment as a Contrarian Indicator,” from the September/October 2004 issue of Computerized Investing; available at AAII.com.]
If you miss an issue of the E-Newsletter, an archive is available for viewing on-line within the Computerized Investing section of AAII.com. Simply go to the Computerized Investing page under Publications, where the most current CI E-Newsletter contents are listed. A link to past issues is provided in the header of the E-Newsletter box (www.aaii.com/ci/newsletter/past).
Note that the past issues archive goes back to the beginning of May 2005, which is when we launched the new AAII.com.
