Moo0 Magnifier is a free and easy to use program that magnifies the content on a user’s screen to make it easier to read. Magnifying programs are useful for those who have trouble reading small text or seeing small icons.

Windows OS users may know that the operating system comes with a magnifier application that is actually quite good, especially because users can interact with applications and text, which the Moo0 Magnifier doesn’t allow. Users can’t edit text or interact with programs while using the Moo0 Magnifier; it is best-suited for reading. What sets Moo0 Magnifier apart, however, and makes it a better option for some individuals, is its ability to be accessed and dismissed on demand.

The Moo0 Magnifier application operates from its icon in the system tray, which is located in the bottom-right corner of the desktop running Windows OS. Right clicking on the green magnifying glass with a plus sign will turn on the program, change the zoom ratio and more. Users can also set it so that the program starts automatically when the computer turns on.

One of the most important settings is called “Key to Use,” which allows the user to specify which key will jump start and dismiss the magnifier. For instance, if a user selected the right CTRL key as his key to use, he would only need to press the right Ctrl key to magnify the content. Pressing Ctrl again or clicking the mouse anywhere will dismiss the program.

Moo0 Magnifier saves a lot of time and hassle for those who occasionally require magnification for reading rather than a program that is constantly running, such as the one provided with the Windows OS.

Best of all, the program is discreet and out of the way, which allows users to only notice it when they need to use it. When the program is needed, users can begin using it within seconds without rummaging through system files and folders or getting distracted from the task at hand.

I down loaded this, and when I responded "run" I got a message saying it was a hugh risk download!? I'm using windows 7. I have Norton and Malware safeguards.What noe coach?? CV

I downloaded the Mooo Magnifier but I cannot find its icon in my system tray. I am using Windows 7 and the Chrome browser.

The magnifier offers relief to those complaining about the difficulty of viewing Stock Investor displays on today's monitors with native resolution like 1920 x 1080. I actually was fed up enough to do without SIP for a year because of this issue. After a while I got good at anticipating the magnifier's result vis a vis where I left the cursor. Until installing the magnifier I was almost unaware of the existence of the right Ctrl-key. This thing is also great for PDFs instead of fiddling with the zoom feature. When not in use it is completely out of the way. I am grateful to CI staff for this one.

Clarence, all our feature downloads are scanned using Avast! and no threats were found. Antivirus programs often indicate that a program is harmful when in fact it just hasn't been downloaded by many individuals who use that antivirus program. Please read the details of the warning to be sure this isn't the case. Richard, Moo0 was tested on a 32-bit operating system and performed as advertised. As for the icon, it may be hidden.
