The company also provides value-added services, such as electronic payment, tenant screening, maintenance, business optimization, resident, and risk mitigation services. It serves property managers, property investors, potential residents, residents, and vendors. AppFolio, Inc. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Santa Barbara, California.
