It serves medical industry, blockchain technology software programs, augmented reality technology, and vertical landing aircraft technology business ventures. The company was formerly known as Ameritek Ventures, Inc. and changed its name to GlobalTek Ventures, Inc. in April 2026. GlobalTek Ventures, Inc. was founded in 2010 and is based in Chicago, Illinois.
