The company also offers packet optical and network synchronization products, as well as broadband access products and solutions; services and support for equipment products; and value-added services. It serves telecommunications operators, research institutions, solution providers, and equipment distributors. UTStarcom Holdings Corp. was founded in 1991 and is based in Hangzhou, China.
