Biography:
Christine Kieffer is senior director and interim head of FINRA’s office of investor education. In this capacity, she also serves as interim president of the FINRA Investor Education Foundation. Kieffer has nearly 30 years of financial education experience, including directing research and developing programs for law enforcement, victim advocates and consumers to advance investor protection, fraud prevention and financial capability initiatives. Between 2007 and 2015, Kieffer supported prior FINRA CEOs on three terms of the President’s Advisory Council on Financial Capability and led the production of two documentary films. She currently serves on advisory committees for the National Adult Protective Services Association (NAPSA), the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) and FightCybercrime.org. Kieffer earned a B.S. from Vanderbilt University with double majors in economics and mathematics. She is a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP).
