My email address, mailing address or other contact information has changed and needs to be updated in your records.
You can update your contact information on file with us at the My Account page. Please go here for instructions.

How do I stop my subscription from automatically renewing?
You can change your auto-renewal preferences at any time by clicking here or by going to My Account, found on the menu linked your name in the upper-right corner of AAII.com, and selecting "Autorenew Preferences" under Purchases in the left-hand menu.
I would like to purchase a gift subscription.
Please call Member Services at 312-676-4300 to order gift subscriptions.
I would like to cancel an AAII subscription.

AAII Emails
I received an email alert of changes to my account.
If you received an email alerting you that your email address was recently changed to an unidentifiable email address, please note that when you make a request to have your email address removed from our records, AAII must replace it with a “placeholder” email address. Our system automatically sends alerts when changes are made to your record. Go here to update your email address.
If you received an email alerting you that your mailing address was recently changed, you can review your mailing address and edit it in the My Account area online.
I received an email alerting me that my AAII mail has been returned undeliverable.
If you received an email from us that the post office has returned some of your mail as undeliverable and we have stopped your mailings, go to My Account and update your mailing address (instructions here). Alternatively, you may respond to the email and confirm your mailing address and we will take care of updating your record
I would like to start/stop receiving an email series from AAII.

I missed your last webinar. Can I still see it?
Yes. All webinars are posted to YouTube. Please visit www.aaii.com/webinars to find a past webinar and link to the video.
I attended the webinar. How do I get the show notes and link to the video that was mentioned?
An email is sent out to all attendees within a few days after a webinar. The email contains a link for the video of the webinar, plus gives you access to the handouts and show notes. If you missed this email, please visit www.aaii.com/webinars for access.
Where can I get the video for a past webinar?
Please visit www.aaii.com/webinars for links to the video, handouts and show notes from past webinars.
Where is your schedule of webinars?
Please visit www.aaii.com/webinars for a schedule of upcoming webinars, with links to register.
How do I register for a webinar?
Invitations are sent to all members for whom we have an email address on file the week prior to a webinar. If you are not getting emails from AAII, please go to www.aaii.com/myaccount and check or change your email address.
You can also register for webinars by going to www.aaii.com/webinars and scrolling down to Upcoming Live Events. Click on the Register button for the webinar you are interested in.

When is your next conference?
A date for our next Investor Conference has not been set. Information will be posted to http://conference.aaii.com when available.
I attended the 2021 virtual conference. Where can I find the replays?
The AAII Investor Conference 360 video replays are now available directly on the AAII.com website. These videos had originally been hosted on the Cvent platform, but as of 12/29/2021 they are hosted on our website.
Simply login to AAII.com with your member login and go to https://www.aaii.com/conference360.

How to Access Your Contact Information
To change your contact information on file with AAII, including email address, mailing address and other profile information:
- Go to: www.aaii.com
- Login with your AAII credentials. If you don't know your log in, go here.
- Tap your name in the upper-right-hand corner
- Select My Account from the drop-down list
- Choose ‘Edit' to change your contact information
- Choose ‘My Emails' under Communication on the left side of the My Account page to opt in or out of our various emails
