John Zhong

Biography:

John Zhong is the CEO of MyPlanIQ.com, an online portfolio management platform. He founded the service in 2008 to address the pressing need of retirement investing for average investors. Before founding MyPlanIQ, Zhong spent over 20 years in IC (integrated circuit) and software industries, developing IC design software for electronic companies. He was a co-founder and CTO of Innologic Systems Inc., which was acquired by Synopsys in 2003. Before InnoLogic, he held senior engineering and management positions at MIPS Technologies and Silicon Graphics Inc. (SGI). Zhong holds several patents in IC simulation and verification. He also has a Ph.D. in computer engineering and an M.S. and B.S. in artificial intelligence.
