As of July 25, 2025: 237 stocks pass 2+ screens | 17 pass 4+ screens
Every stock screen has inherent biases. Value screens can miss growth opportunities. Growth screens often ignore valuation. Quality screens might overlook turnaround situations. The Stock Passing Multiple Screens tool addresses this limitation by showing where different methodologies converge on the same stocks. It is found at My Screens, which is accessed through the Stocks section of AAII.com.
When a stock passes several distinct screens, it demonstrates strength across different investment criteria. Think of it as triangulation—multiple reference points providing a more reliable position than any single measurement.
Looking at the current results:
The fact that only 17 of 237 multiscreen stocks (7%) pass four or more screens demonstrates the selectivity of this higher threshold. This natural filtering helps focus your research on stocks demonstrating strength across multiple methodologies.
Looking at the actual combinations in July 25 data:
The Minimum Amount of Screens Passed drop-down menu in the upper-left corner shows options from 1 to 6, indicating that at least one stock passed six screens on July 25. This maximum potentially changes based on daily results—sometimes extending higher or contracting based on how many criteria stocks are meeting.
Notice stocks like Trimble Inc.
(TRMB), Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc.
(BBW) and Howmet Aerospace Inc.
(HWM) that are passing four to five screens. These aren’t necessarily household names, demonstrating how the tool surfaces companies beyond typical media coverage.
With 17 stocks currently passing four or more screens, you’ve already narrowed the field from ~6,700 stocks to a manageable research list. You can vary your research based on how narrow your list is.
