Biography:

William “Bill” Meyer is head of retirement income at T. Rowe Price, and president of Retiree Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of T. Rowe Price. He is a nationally recognized expert in tax-efficient retirement income withdrawal strategies and Social Security claiming strategies. Meyer is a popular speaker and has been featured at numerous national events such as the Financial Planning Association, Association of Independent Certified Public Accountants and the Million Dollar Round Table. He was invited to provide testimony on retirement matters to the U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging. Additionally, he won the 2021 Icon and Innovator Award from InvestmentNews. Meyer earned his B.S. degree in psychology from UCLA and his MBA degree from the Anderson School at UCLA. He is a former trustee of the Securities Industry Institute at Wharton.
